Assignment Details

My company gives newsletter to a small group of people. The newsletter is basically a document that contains research data for example stock details and trading advice. It consists of text and images. Currently the newsletter is published in wordpress and the look and feel is not good.
I want a new layout of the newsletter which looks very beautiful and professional. The new look and feel should look like a elegant report or magazine content. I need you to design me such a document that we can use and create newsletter from that. The output can be a PDF file. You have to give couple of layouts which we can use to create such content. The look and feel should be that of a business/stock market report.
