Assignment Details
PATH is currently seeking a highly experienced Operations and Finance professional l who has managed businesses/P&Ls or large-scale operations for an interim role.
The interim Operations & Finance director will work closely with PATH’s VP of International Development as well as the programmatic leads in India on the following critical areas:
1. Providing oversight, under the supervision of PATH’s Controller, to and taking decisions to ensure smooth running of the day-to-day operations for PATHs entire operations in India across its multiple locations. This oversight will include but not be restricted to the following functions
* Procurement
* Facilities incl. rental agreements, security, maintenance
* Administrative oversight (e.g., travel)
2. Collaborating closely with PATH HQ in Seattle, WA to align processes in India to PATH HQ processes and systems.
3. Helping analyze PATH India's current systems in Operations & Finance and to make suggestions on how these can be improved and made more effective. This would include working closely with the senior team internally and our consultants to assess
* Process and system improvements
* Organizational structure changes
4. Manage critical municipal relations needed for our ongoing business and operations at PATH India
5. As part of the senior management team, provide on-the ground leadership and support to the all staff at PATH India and help manage change through the transition period
Skills Required
We are looking for a seasoned professional who has managed a company or a large business unit in an MNC.
Proven track record of managing operations and leading and motivating large teams is a must.
Exposure to the Development/social space would be a definite plus.
Experience of working internationally would also help given the close coordination needed with PATH's headquarters in the US
