Ovenfresh currently operates 75 locations in 2 cities with 400 employees, serving 15000 customers per day. The Company aims to become the largest player in the bakery space in India. The process of building this business will involve scaling consumer footprint, processes, distribution and technology, operations and production. Ovenfresh is backed by Kalaari Capital.
Work closely with the CEO to achieve key organizational objectives. Work will include general management activities across a broad variety of fields. Some examples of tasks include:
- Sourcing vendors and setting up a mystery shopper system
- Implementing and driving adoption of a new organizational process
- Defining internal process documentation
- Sourcing and negotiating with packaging and other vendors
- Conducting service audits at company outlets
- Conducting qualitative customer and employee satisfaction surveys to derive insights
- General Management or Business Development experience
- Role requires high energy and people skills
- Basic computing aptitude and task orientation
- MBAs preferable but not necessary
- Passion for the food space or baking will make the work more interesting!
