Assignment Details

We are a leading brand in ceramic tile manufacturing for last 35 years and expanding our manufacturing facility in Sikandarabad (UP). We are coming up with a new production line suitable for manufacturing large format Vitrified tiles. We have to kick start the planning and execution of this project.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Define objectives, requirements, assumptions and deliverables necessary to complete the project.
• Develop task interdependency and project tactics with overall project strategy.
• Define roles and responsibilities among team members and provide proper guidance.
• Preparation of detailed activity chart, Manage projects related activities within given constraints of time, budget and quality.
• Develop robust review mechanism and conduct periodic reviews to ensure project is on track.
• Ensure risks have appropriate mitigation and contingency plans and reporting.
• Develop query resolution mechanism and decision support for project lead
• Prepare all project related documentation and Handover project knowledge repository on time.
• Provide Trainings to respective stakeholders within and outside project team
• Identify learning for future projects
