Assignment Details

We have partnered with large number of organisations in the past in learning and development area. These organisations include large public and Private sector organisations and Multinationals. At one end of the spectrum we have done Large System facilitation workshops using tools like Appreciative Inquiry, Open Space and Future Search and executive coaching at the other end. We have done Intense Team conflict resolution workshops using profiling tools like MBTI, Enneagram and Firo B and purely team bonding and integration outbound workshops.

We are looking for an experienced consultant to work with OD Alternatives in the work we do in facilitating transformational change for clients. The specific responsibilities include -

* Undertake targeted client development activities as agreed with the broader leadership team
* Drive the analytics needed to support client work
* Conduct workshops, one-on-one facilitative sessions that form a core part of any culture change and transformation

The candidate should be passionate about culture change and organisation transformation, and be experienced and skilled enough to build strong relationships with senior management. For us the softer skills and the ability to engage deeply with clients is paramount. Experience in leadership coaching and organisational development needed.

Skills Required

Prior experience in a top tier consulting firm and also with culture change/ transformation is a must

We are a boutique OD consultancy focusing on transformation of organizations and communities using behavioral skills knowledge. We work in the areas of Culture Change, Leadership Development and Organisation Transformation. ODA is a 17 year old firm that also has an office in Singapore. In India we have offices in Delhi and Mumbai. Our consultants works with senior leadership teams to drive organisation change and growth. The core principles that we use in our consulting is Integral Philosophy, Systems Thinking and Appreciative and strength based focus. We are group of consultants with background in Education, Psychology and Management
