Assignment Details

We invite competent and energetic recruiters to be part of our recruiting team. The candidates should have excellent communication and computer skills. The details for the position are as follows -

Job profile and Responsibilities
• End-to-end responsibility to fill key vacancies across various corporate roles on a pan-India basis
• Recruiter will be responsible for identifying suitable candidates and acting as a facilitator between the company and candidate during the complete recruitment process
• Negotiate on salary with identified candidates and ensure transition to joining and induction programmes run by NephroPlus

Detailed Responsibilities:
• Sourcing through various job boards, Social Networking Sites and through references as per the requirement specifications
• Short listing candidates through modes like telephonic screening, technical screening and checking the interest level of the candidate towards the firm as per the requirement specifications.
• Understanding Salary fitment and taking care of salary negotiations
• Follow-up with selected candidates to confirm their DOJ and keep the respective departments informed of the same.

Skills Required

Desired Characteristics:
• Self-starter, naturally driven with an assertive, Can-Do, Go-Getter attitude.
• Must enjoy, and be comfortable on the phone calling into potential candidates.
• Must work well under pressure and tight timelines
• Possess a proficiency in social media, Network recruiting.
• Desire to increase personal income and grow professionally!
• Willing to travel as per requirement
