Assignment Details
We are looking for a Clinically experienced Project Consultant to help us define and run a Value Segment Trauma Pilot (Spine Product Segment). The consultant would lead a small team and define the pilot scope, set-up and run the pilot and assess early results over the period of a year.
The specific deliverables include:
A. Define pilot scope
• Identify potential partners - (a) clinics (b) small-mid size orthopedic hospitals (c) surgeons looking to set up their practice
• Conduct a feasibility study, develop a business plan for the pilot
• Develop broad constructs for 3-4 potential partnership models to be tested out during the pilot.
• Define how Medtronic will look to add value to the partners e.g., streamline workflows, spearhead patient awareness programs
B. Set-up and run the pilot
• Define the scope and set-up for the pilot including, goals, what success would look like, tracking mechanisms
• Oversee launch and implementation of the pilot partnership models
C.Assess early results
• Review early results
• Determine scale-up strategy
The project will require inter-city travel within India.
Skills Required
• Ideal candidates need to have some clinical experience in Hospitals and/or other healthcare delivery models
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to lead and motivate people and encourage teamwork
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
