Assignment Details

McKinsey is currently working with a government organisation who is looking to develop their overall HR policy and framework. More specifically they are keen on hiring an HR consultant for a number of tasks which include the following:

- Developing overall HR Policy and Organisational Manual
- Conducting a manpower planning exercise for the organisation with a 5-10 year timeline
- Creating job descriptions for the current and future employees as per the manpower plan
- Developing performance management and Key performance indicators for all current and future employees
- Developing modules and training programs for capability building

Skills Required

Relevant experience working in government city development authorities.
This project can be delivered remotely, with some travel to Vijaywada .
