Assignment Details

The qualified individual will be responsible for collaborating with our businesses and functions to fill critical roles within the organization especially on IT side. Responsibilities include sourcing qualified individuals with relevant experience for challenging positions, identifying / screening / recruiting / interviewing these potential candidates for selected positions.

In addition, the position will partner with all stakeholders including hiring managers in multiple businesses. This person will also be responsible for the execution of sourcing strategies as related to candidates possessing experience.

Key responsibilities :
- Source Individuals with relevant experience:
- Proactively conduct research and investigate new methods of finding passive candidates including: complex internet
searches, social and professional networking groups, networks, blogs, diversity resources, competitor research and the
development of existing candidate relationships.
- Evaluate and identify key skills and abilities needed to fill critical roles.
- Leverage proven sourcing networks, processes and technology.
- Utilize team workflow to communicate and manage sourcing processes.
Provide feedback and experience to enhance current processes.
Provide, track and update metrics / data on sourcing efforts, sourcing results, supply & demand of talent, and industry
standard
- Collaborate with key internal clients to understand business strategy, direction, and talent needs
- Utilize strategy information from key businesses / functions to develop a proactive talent strategy
- Execute sourcing components on talent strategy
- Build a pipeline of talent for each functional areas supported
- Other-Miscellaneous duties as required

Skills Required

- MBA/ PGDM in Human Resource or relative domain.
- 7-11 years of business experience
- Demonstrated success working in teams and providing direction
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Process and detail oriented with ability to think creatively and strategically
- Track record for delivering results
- Ability to influence decisions, drive change, manage conflicts
- Ability to source through different channels
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong Computer skills (MS Office)
