We are on an aggressive expansion drive and are looking for project based resources to fuel our growth in certain priority areas.
We are looking for a consultant to assist us in on-boarding a new restaurant partner and to set up new food outlets across Delhi which is a new location for us. Some of the key deliverables of the project include -
1) Scoping the market to understand demand patterns - for our new restaurant partner as well as compeitors
2) Conduct a diagnostic to understand value drivers, whats working well and areas of concern
3) Developing a long list of potential locations to establish the food outlets, based on demand, competition, ability to service efficiently
4) Prioritise the locations to be launched first incl. the potential from them
5) Developing the strategy for engagement with the new partner restaurant - pricing, marketing, operational engagement etc
6) Assist in setting up the food outlets and develop the SOPs that can be utilised by restaurant relationship managers
7) Develop and track KPIs to assess the performance of the pilot outlets
1) Prior work experience in a food retail environment is a definite plus
2) Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
3) Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
