Assignment Details

We are a start-up providing technology based agricultural services to the farmer. The company has been recently funded and on the verge of a large expansion. We require a Company Secretary who will take complete responsibility for all regulatory compliances specifically related to Registrar of Companies.

Key responsibilities would be :

• Support in organizing Board meeting/ General Body meetings including Notice, Agenda and minutes of Board of Directors, Annual/ Extraordinary general meetings.
• Preparation of minutes of Board meetings and meetings of members.
• Maintenance of Statutory registers.
• Preparing Directors report and Annual Reports of the Company.
• Coordination and interaction with Financial Controller and Directors of the Company.
• Drafting, vetting and reviewing of Memorandum of understandings, Letter of Intent, Letter of Engagement, Leave and License agreements, POAs, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Authority Letters, etc.
• Filing of all documents with Registrar of Companies as per statutory requirements.
• Maintaining of secretarial database and other documents relating to secretarial work.
