Assignment Details

• Delivers a high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client, within agreed SLA’s and ensures these are fulfilled according to the timetable agreed with Team Leader.
• Achieves targets to maximize productivity, quality and service standards.
• Within AP Process:
o Manages Master Data
o Handles all the relevant tasks within AP invoice processing
o Resolves queries/Cooperates with Service Desk in order to resolve the query
o Process Payments
o Runs reports
o Performs recoveries, reconciliations, audit of duplicate posting, etc
• Demonstrates knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the function.
• Responsible for a customer focused service towards the client, reacting to client requests and queries in a timely fashion.
• Maintains a proactive working attitude towards the client.
• Continually strives to simplify, standardize and improve processes or sub-processes across all countries, subject to approval of Team Leader
• Resolves queries and handles cases relevant to the function within AP process.
• Ensures that country specific or other special handling variances are processed according to defined procedures.
• Ensures process is controlled according to the agreed procedures.

Skills Required

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
• 1.5 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work well with others
• ERP Work experience –SAP
• Microsoft Word, Excel
• Client interaction
• Strong analytical skills required
• Ability to work independently in a multi-task environment required
