Assignment Details
Project scope:
Support a hospital in developing their marketing approach to increase patient flow for a particular specialty area
Understand decision-making behavior of patients, doctors and also competitor actions in that speciality and geography which will be key inputs to develop the marketing approach
Develop interview questionnaires, conduct the interviews and synthesize the findings and implications for the marketing approach
Create the implementation plan and handhold the marketing team in executing the marketing approach developed above.
Consultant will report progress to assigned project managers (from top-tier consulting firms) and also get guidance from them if required.
Project logistics:
Full-time involvement for the project duration of ~3 months
Budget of Rs 1 to 1.5 lakhs / mth depending on experience; Travel and stay in out-station locations, will be reimbursed on actuals
Two consultants required, each of whom will be independently responsible for the hospital assigned to them.
Locations of the hospitals: Pune, Kolkata (Each consultant will be assigned to one location); Travel might be involved to neighbouring geographies depending on the patient pools that the hospital attracts
Start-date for the two projects: (27th May, 2015 for Pune hospital; 10-15 July, 2015 for the Kolkata hospital)

Skills Required
Minimum 2 years experience in well recognized consulting and or market research firms (Must-have)
Qualified from reputed institutions; MBA preferred, though not a must have.
