Assignment Details

Comparative analysis of various products in the OTT space in india from a product/ value add to the client/ scalability perspective.
a. What are the comparative strengths/ weaknesses of the platform vs some fo the leading players globally/ india
b. Keeping our content/ video strategy in perspective, help in evaluating the following:
i. What would it cost for one to set up this platform from ground up
ii. How agile is the platform to change in the future wrt to change in relation to requirements of the OTT clients
B. B2C consumer platform:
a. Feature functionality vs other platforms globally and in india.
b. What would it cost to build this platform/ functionality
c. Scalability of the platform from a architecture and openness to other platforms in future
d. Agility of the platform from a perspective of adapting to changing consumer preferences/ frequent consumer functionalities.
e. Help set up a structure to test usability of the product via a questionaire to existing consumers.
f. How relevant is this platform from our product roadmap perspective.
