Assignment Details

An organisation in a capital intensive sector with assets worth hundreds of billions of dollars under management are looking for private equity professionals to undertake a short, sharp analysis of a prospective asset.
The analysis will be reviewed by the organisation and also an understanding of the process undertaken in performing the analysis will be sought.
This is expected to be a short (1-2 weeks) project and a stage 2 of this project may be further ongoing project work to deeply analyse other prospective assets.
More details will be shared once prospective candidates are shortlisted.

Skills Required

1. We are looking for two seasoned professionals who can provide deep insight into working of a PE firm - one from a capital intensive background and one from a non-capital intensive background. So, 8+ years experience in a leading PE firm (VP or Director Level) is essential.
2. Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense of structure and logic
3. Comfort in speaking to industry experts to validate hypothesis and points of view as needed.
